Talented potter from Burnsville, NC

Jack Dalton makes beautiful handcarved bowls from locally harvested wood. Food safe.

I am a Yancey County potter. I can’t remember a time when making my living as an artist, wasn’t the ideal of what course my life would take. I love the process of taking a lump of clay and coaxing it into a work of functional or sculptural art. While I mostly make functional pieces to fit together as part of a set, my goal is to make each piece so that it can have a voice of it’s own and be able to stand alone as an individual work of art.

We are a husband and wife team located in TN who enjoy creating unique handmade products. All organic materials used in our work are hand selected by us, we wade through creeks, hike mountains, and kayak lakes in search of unique pieces to transform into art. We strongly believe in repurposing material that would otherwise go to waste. Our love for nature and the outdoors is what led to our slogan – “Where Nature Inspires Art”.
